INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO MAKE YOUR SUPERBLENDS
- Always make in a closed container e.g. a mug covered with a saucer, a teapot or a cafetière (my favourite)
- Use 1-2 heaped tsp of superblend tea to your container.
- Pour over freshly boiled water.
- Infuse for at least 15 min, ideally 30 min.
- Listen to your '5 min Mindful Meditation' (see below) whilst waiting
- Drink & enjoy the healing power of superblend.
- You can keep reusing the tea by topping up with more freshly boiled water throughout the day, just allow for a greater infusing time & remember to cover.
HOW TO MAKE ICED SUPERBLENDS
- You can enjoy all superblend teas chilled over ice which is especially great for our menopause range. It's not just refreshing but also delicious, making it perfect for those scorching hot days. Just brew it up as usual with freshly boiled water, let it cool down, then pour it over ice.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR SUPERBLEND NIGHT TIME SHOT WITHOUT THE EXTRA FLUID
INSTRUCTIONS: Make your Superblend tea as above but only use a small volume of freshly boiled water. Your Superblend shot will be strong and effective. Down it like a shot!
NOTE
ALWAYS Mix The Dried Loose Tea Before Taking To Ensure Even Distribution Shake, stir or both!
Always strain loose superblends

Superblends vary in weigh between 40-50g depending on herbs used
