Purchase of products
Orders must be placed by phone or online. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
For delivery to the UK, orders will be dispatched by royal mail on working business days. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends and bank or public holidays. Please give as much lead time for an order as possible. When demand exceeds supply there may be a waiting period until your product comes back into stock. We will fill all requests in the order received. Instructions as to where the order may be left in the absence of a signature can be taken.
As per standard distance selling regulations, you have 14 consecutive days after you receive your parcel to raise any issues with your order. After that time, the transaction is closed.
Pricing policy
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.
Price changes
We may alter prices at any time. We try our best to keep price changes to a minimum but sometime it is inevitable. We will aim to update the web site as soon as possible, but may not be able to make changes immediately. If the price of an item you have ordered has increased we will contact you before charging the additional amount.

Complaints
We always do our best to respond quickly and fairly to any problem relating to purchases from The London Herbalist or the service provided. In the event of a problem, call us straight away and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve it as fast as possible. In normal circumstances problems will be responded to within 24 hours, usually the same day we are notified.
